About

I have suffered from chronic anxiety and depression since my adolescence. I got my recovery from my mental illness (along with chronic alcoholism that came later) after suffering for almost 25 years.

I’ve traveled the road, personally. Along the way, I've learned from and worked with a significant number of doctors, therapists, caregivers, and experts in the fields of clinical psychology, psychiatry, and other related faculties.

I eventually helped a large number of people suffering from mental stress, anxiety, depression, and other various mental health disorders, with the awareness and techniques I’ve learned.

Now I am on a mission to help people live better lives by sharing Information, Experience, and Expertise about coping with various mental health problems in this blog, LiveWellTalk.
